Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of Squad Finder for Wardogs ("Squad Finder", "we"), a Discord bot run by the operator. By using the bot or adding it to a server, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Using Squad Finder

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and meet Discord's minimum age.
• Squad Finder is free. Matching is never sold, and every player gets the same matchmaking.
• Squad Finder is an unofficial fan project. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Bulkhead, the makers of Wardogs, or by Discord.

Your conduct

Don't harass, threaten or abuse other players. Don't impersonate anyone, spam the queue, or misuse ratings and reports, for example by filing false reports or coordinating ratings. Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the bot.

Moderation

To keep squads reliable, the bot applies automatic queue cooldowns for no-shows and missed ready checks. Players with poor ratings or upheld reports may only be matched with each other. Server moderators can remove players from their server's queue. We can suspend or ban anyone from Squad Finder who breaks these terms, at our discretion.

Tips and sponsors

Tips are voluntary gifts that support development. They don't unlock any features and aren't refundable, except where the law requires. Sponsor lines shown by the bot are advertising. We don't endorse sponsors' products, and we don't share your personal data with them.

Server admins

If you add Squad Finder to a server, you're responsible for granting it the permissions it asks for and for moderating your community. You can remove the bot at any time.

No warranty

Squad Finder is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that you'll find a squad, that squads will land on the same server or faction in Wardogs, or that the bot will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other players. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For a free service, that is $0.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Squad Finder after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the bot and erase your data with /delete-me at any time. We may change or discontinue the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction.
